Objectifs pédagogiques
Deepen skills in breast cancer and reconstructive surgery across three areas :
• Oncological breast surgery and oncoplasty
• Implant-based breast reconstruction
• Autologous reconstruction
Détails du programme
1/ Three days of theoretical courses — September 14, 15 and 16, 2026 — covering :
• Anatomy of the breast and axillary region
• Conservative surgery: lumpectomy, mastectomy and axillary dissection
• Oncoplasty techniques and local perforator flaps
• Preoperative localization of non-palpable lesions
• Imaging after breast surgery and reconstruction
• Multidisciplinary breast cancer treatment protocols
• Management of aesthetic sequelae after conservative treatment
• Prepectoral and retropectoral implant-based breast reconstruction
• Reduction mammaplasty and symmetrization
• Autologous reconstruction: latissimus dorsi flap (autologous, partial, short scar), microsurgical procedures (DIEP, PAP, Gracilis) and symmetrization after reconstructive surgery
• Fat grafting (lipofilling / lipomodeling) as a complement to implants or flaps, for complete breast reconstruction and correction of conservative treatment sequalae
• Current indications for immediate and delayed breast reconstruction
• Neoadjuvant and adjuvant treatment indications, with a focus on radiotherapy
2/ Two weeks of observational internship in the operating rooms at Gustave Roussy.
